有一年的时间，状况很不错。但是放疗影响了她的声带和食道，导致她呼吸困难。因此医生在她的喉咙开了一个洞，让她可以呼吸。+ @! L6 D0 p6 k7 a3 J. f

! ]6 Q: o q4 ]# k7 @1 O; ^# G: r& O她拒绝做化疗。但是同意做对左肺的大肿瘤进行放疗希望能让它缩小，至少减轻疼痛。医生告诉她对于其他肿瘤目前没有什么办法了。因为这些肿瘤已经在肺扩散，并且她的体质已经过于虚弱，无法接受更多的放化疗。因此医生决定针对最大的那个肿瘤进行放疗再说。/ V9 i* W% F ~+ l3 e$ V
医生告诉她这是不可能完全消失的了。他们只可能尽量延缓进展。
1 `, M1 d, ~- G& D H在这个时候她听到关于DCA的谈论，要我在网上查查。我几个月前就查了，但是我不知道能在哪儿买。一直到三个月前，我发现了buydca网站。我告诉了她，她立刻买了。她大约在两个月前开始服用。我发现了这个网站（指thedcasite），把我能知道的信息都告诉了她。
$ Z/ n: h& M3 y我们惊呆了。她在放疗后服用了两个月的DCA，在她回去做扫描和x光检查之前。她的辅助剂是一种绿藻（Chlorella），以及她儿子从泰国给她带回来的维生素补充剂，对癌症病人很游泳的，里面有种红油。
6 p' S8 `# \6 x昨天她拿到了检查结果。大肿瘤不见了。他们在双肺都没找到任何转移。双肺都很干净了。一看到这个结果他们就通知了她。他们不知道她在用DCA，不相信肺部什么都没有了。
) m6 w! j: K" {9 G9 a) x& F当然我们知道，肿瘤说不定还在潜伏，说不定什么时候就回来了。但是在此时此刻，我们是如此高兴，因为她的肺部干净了，我们简直无法相信。6 t C1 E7 B, h/ |9 E
她会继续服用DCA。她从荷兰回来后我会问她一些问题，我想她会降低剂量并继续服用绿藻之类的。我希望这个信息对大家有用，能鼓励更多的人不要坐等而是自己寻找，除了现在已经接受的治疗外，再试试其他的办法。并且最好能找到一个医生愿意进行跟踪和指导。6 ]& e% k d9 P# _+ F0 x/ ], D

I don't know to many details & but decided to write down what I know, m9 j' _8 C0 [# M9 \

She developed cancer in the esophagus approx. 3 years ago, a very big tumor, she couldn't swallow any food & hardly any water in the end.
5 H6 n' N6 V: l7 u1 A" SI have to mention that she was a heavy smoker & enjoys beer and wine & sometimes a stronger drink on a daily basis.
1 M6 c' v, e% h6 s c( KShe had this treated with a combination of chemo & radio therapy in the Anthony van Leeuwenhoek hospital in the Netherlands (since she is Dutch & lives in Holland). The treatment included a combination of Radio & light Chemo therapy. And at some point they had to open a whole in her stomach so she could feed herself. Making a long story short. The treatment was a success and the cancer dissapeared. For a year things were going quiet well, but she was having some trouble with the effects of the therapy & this made it very difficult for her to breath as the radio therapy had damaged her esophagous & vocal cords. So unfortunatelly they had to make a whole in her throat so she could breath properly.
6 Z8 @9 |1 ]7 e( A% Y# x0 uApprox 1,5 years she was cancer free, meaning the tests did not show any metastasis. But unfortunatelly about half a year ago the hospital found she now had cancer in the lungs. One big tumor in the left lung, that was pressing on nerves & resulted in heavy pains for which she was given medication with a form of morfine & plastrums etc. and several other small tumors in both lungs.
3 C4 [) j3 D: w6 }' VShe refused to do any more chemo therapy. But agreed to do radio therapy only for the big tumor to try to make it smaller so at least the pain would be reduced. The doctors told her that for the other tumors for the moment nothing else could be done. Since they were spread all over both lungs and she was to weak for the moment to endure more and many radio and chemo. So they decided to hit the big tumor with radio therapy and then wait to discuss things again.
0 w7 J3 ]. V7 y7 uThe doctors had told her that it would be something that would go away anymore. It would only be something that they could try to delay. 1 I! Z& D# }" q- j% p
In the mean time she had heard somebody talking about DCA and asked me to look it up at the internet. Which I did a few months ago, but I couldn't find were we could purchase it. Until 3 months ago, where I found the buy DCA site for vetenerian use. I informed her and she immediatelly bought it. She started with it approx. 2 months ago and I had also found this site with blog & passed on to her any information I could find. Such a good initiative this site is!
* h" c% c) H9 k+ t& D: t: RWhat can I say, we are stunned. She has been taking the DCA for two months right after her Radiation therapy, before she had to go back for a scan & xrays to see the results. She has been taking the DCA along with a supplement of Chlorella on a daily basis & some sort of Vitamin supplement her son got for her from Thailand that is very good for cancer patients, wich has some sort of red oil in it.
8 x) D# j* E5 b3 @& g, AYesterday she got her results, the big tumor is vanished and gone. & They cannot locate any metastasis on neither lung. Both lungs are clean. As soon as they saw that they instantly called her at home. They don't know she has been using DCA and could not believe the lungs are clean.
. l6 ^# r3 z5 L' X" u+ B! UOfcourse we know you never know with cancer and it might still be lingering and come back. But for the moment we are all so happy because she is clean and can't believe it. . H( \% R- |' ~- h$ D1 B
She will continue with the DCA, I will ask her about this when she returns from Holland, I assume on a smaller level and will continue with the Chlorella etc as well.$ h$ f9 I: S2 F. U1 O
I hope this information is of any use and will encourage other people to not sit by but do their own personal research and try things along with the therapy that has been given to them. And try to find a doctor that is willing to try and monitor things with them. ) ]: k( _- a0 E4 G5 ?
